I also use MO v1. That's it. I even check the ModOrganizer. I'll leave which ones to download up to you. If I see that a good handful report back with errors on ALL of the mods in my list above, and NO errors on any mods without those characters in the filename, then I think it warrants a MO Bug Tracker report.
I downloaded the above mods without error. One thing I did recently was I changed my "Favourite download location" in my Nexus profile from generic USA to the server closest to my location, which is a premium server. Posted 27 September - PM. For the time being, I can confirm that for any mods which give the error, a manual download, then placing it into MO 's mod download folder, and updating the meta-data using the right-click "Query Info" feature seems to work fine.
