I purchased a gx off of ebay. I am installing win98se on it and have found all the drivers but 1. In Device manager I get yellow question mark under Other Devices and it says no drivers for this device installed. Just which driver is for the PCI system Management Bus. I have not played with 98 in . The driver files are copied, and a new driver database is built. For Windows The Update Device Driver Wizard starts and provides several windows with choices. While trying to install a lexmark all- in- one,which uses usb,and had just got to work had hard time with windows detecting and trying to install auto. Lost the printer,and lexmark support told me to take out all usb in device manager. Am running an older pc with via chip ver. See if this helps. Either on CD or on diskette. Possibly you've got a restore CD. And maybe there's a folder on the hard disk where all drivers from the manufacturer are saved, just for cases like this.
This heavily depends on the make and model and history of the computer: brand or custom-built, first owner or second hand, got all driver diskettes and cd's? If you know make and model number of your motherboard or make and model number of a brand PC, you'll most likely be able to find the drivers on the net.
